Dislocated Shoulder repair using arthroscopic technics

This video shows Dr. Tsagalis performing the advanced arthroscopic technique to repair a torn ligament in the shoulder. Dr. Tsagalis first scrapes the damaged tissue from the rotator joint of the shoulder and then he cauterizes the damaged ares and finally he stiches the ligament back in place.
The entire surgery takes over an hour and is performed without any complications or problems. The instrument that does most of the work is the arthroscope with all the attachments
