Dr. Tsagalis, orthopaedic surgury information

Dr. Tsagalis founded the Orthopaedic Surgury Online Information Centre in Larissa, Greece in 2008

It was obvious to Dr. Tsagalis that there was a need for an Orthopaedic information centre because too many patients were afraid to enter the operating room. It seemed that Dr. Tsagalis, and other Orthopaedic surgeons were spending more time reassuring the patients that everything will be O.K. than they were explaining the surgical procedure that was about to take place.

“The orthopaedic surgery procedures has advanced so much in recent years, that there is no resemblance to the way it would have been done 5 years ago”, says Dr. Tsagalis. “Orthopaedic surgery is less evasive and less risky, And with modern laparoscopic techniques, the recovery time has gone from weeks or months, to hours or days.”

The purpose of the Orthopaedic Surgery Information Centre, is as the name would suggest, to provide Information for all people who require orthopaedic surgery, or would like to learn about orthopaedic surgery, or would like information on preventative measures so they will never need orthopaedic surgery.
